Kazakh senators meet speaker of Turkish parliament

Secretary of the Committee for Foreign Relations, Defense and Security of the Kazakh Parliament Darkhan Kaletaev and Member of the Committee for Economic Policy, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship Manap Kubenov participated in the 10th meeting of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly, held in Istanbul, the press service of the Kazakh Senate said in a message Nov. 22.
The MPs met with the newly re-elected Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, representing the ruling Justice and Development Party, Ismail Kahraman.
The parties discussed prospects for the development of inter-parliamentary cooperation between the two countries during the meeting.
