Issuing digital signatures in one hour may become possible in Uzbekistan
By Diana Aliyeva– Trend:
Issuing digital signatures in not more than one hour may become possible in Uzbekistan.
This is stipulated by the draft regulation on the procedure for registering keys for digital signatures and issuing digital signature certificates through single centers for rendering state services to business entities on a single window principle.
The project is being discussed on the portal of the Uzbek evaluation system of legislative acts.
The regulation establishes the procedure for registering keys for digital signatures and digital signature certificates to ensure free access to all types of public and commercial banking services.
In accordance with the project, a single center for rendering state services to business entities on a single window principle within one hour notifies an applicant and draws up all necessary documents, and the digital signature's private key password is sent as a message to the mobile phone number of the signature's owner.
The amount of payment for the digital signature's registration is established by an authorized body.
