Tunisia to record growth rate of 3pct in 2017

(MENAFN) Tunisia is projected to post an increase rate of 3 percent this year, 3.7 percent in 2018 and 4 percent in 2019, while Morocco will post a growth of 4pct and Algeria's growth at 2.9pct.

Accordingly, growth in the MENA region will improve to 3.1 percent this year against projected global growth of 2.7 percent, despite the drop in investment.

Meanwhile, the growth of the Saudi economy will reach 1.6 percent this year and Iran's growth is predicted to grow to 5.2 percent due to the improvement in oil production.

The World Bank estimates that the predicted improvement in global growth this year comes after the slowdown recorded in 2016 in emerging markets and developing nation"s commodity.
