(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- As part of an international campaign, clothes outlet Superdry featured six local fashion stars at an event recently.
The personalities included Fahim al Maawali, Rachel George, Sahara Hamayon, Fatimah Hamayon, Khalid al Rahma and Aziza Bahlani. All six of them are based in Oman and have followings on social media displaying fashion styles.
The presenters described what types of Superdry clothes they like to wear. The campaign by British brand Superdry is intending to celebrate the diversity of their product offering by collaborating with ambassadors across the music, sports, style and snow sports worlds to unite an inspirational collective of talent.
From a day spent recording the latest hit in the studio, to navigating some of the world's most perilous ski runs, the ambassadors from across the globe will share their inspirational stories and how they wear their favourite Superdry pieces when achieving their goals.
The six-month long campaign is all about empowerment and how good Superdry makes you feel as an individual.
It will feature exclusive behind the scenes access, amazing film footage, interviews and personal collection edits from some of the most respected names in their field.
The campaign will be conducted across the brand's channels- both on- and off-line, whilst fans, customers and followers alike are also invited to join the #MySuperdry collective by sharing their unique Superdry moments using the hashtag.
Each month, the brand will pick lucky prize winners.
The first ambassador to be announced was American Football superstar, Eric Decker.
Already a big fan of the brand, Decker is well-known for his cool, laid-back style that seamlessly resonates with the Superdry menswear collection.
He said, 'Superdry loved my style and felt that we shared the same attitude – I'm so excited to work with them. The brand is all about being world-class in what you do, and its constant innovation really appealed to me. The product is amazing, and I was a big fan anyway.'
