Lebanese Week in Muscat aims to strengthen base in Omani market


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- The exhibition titled, 'Lebanese Week in Muscat' began at the new Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre on Sunday. The event was held under the patronage of Said bin Saleh al Kiyumi, chairman, Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI).

The exhibition is being held by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon in cooperation with the OCCI.

The exhibition is a pivotal event where 100 participants are showcasing products and services from sectors such as tourism, franchising, cuisine, banking, real estate and investments, furniture, jewellery, foodstuff, construction, media and many more. The event aims to strengthen the competitiveness of Lebanese products in the Omani market.

It also seeks to market Lebanon in Oman and expand avenues for Lebanese economic sectors in this promising market, in addition to developing bilateral economic, trade and investment relations.

The event will also activate cooperation between the businessmen in the two countries. The exhibition ends on Tuesday.
