Phase 1 of UAE's Dragon City awarded to Nass Contracting


(MENAFN) Diyar Al Muharraq has awarded Nass Contracting a contract for the construction of phase one of Dragon City, a Chinese-themed retail development in Bahrain, according to Arabian Business. Dragon City, which is a part of the Diyar Al Muharraq development, extends over 51.000 square meters, and includes about 700 retail stores, warehousing of 5,000 square meters, a dining street of 6,000 square meters plus car parking for 1,500 customers. The project will be developed by Dragon City, a subsidiary of Diyar Al Muharraq, and operation of phase one will be undertaken by Chinamex Middle East.
