- Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention, Binghamton University, State University of New York
I just recently earned my PhD in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and I am now a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention at Binghamton University. I specialize in International Relations with interests at the intersections of gender & sexuality, conflict, human rights & security, and global governance. My dissertation traces the trajectory of global attention to the issue of conflict-related sexual violence against men and boys and the implications of its recent visibility. My research is published in Human Rights Quarterly and the International Feminist Journal of Politics.
