'Cocktail 2' First Song 'Jab Talak' To Release On April 8, Makers Drop New Posters

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The makers of Cocktail 2 have unveiled a fresh update, building anticipation around one of the most talked-about upcoming films.

On Wednesday, Maddock Films released new posters featuring lead actors Shahid Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Kriti Sanon, while also announcing that the film's first song, 'Jab Talak', will drop on April 8.

The newly released posters offer a glimpse into the film's mood, hinting at a breezy, road trip-themed narrative.

The trio is seen seated inside a car, set against a picturesque coastal backdrop with a clear blue ocean, sandy beach, and a wooden fence lining the road.

The film, written by Luv Ranjan and directed by Homi Adajania, has already wrapped its shoot. Marking the milestone, Adajania shared a photograph from the wrap party on Instagram.

Produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films, Cocktail 2 is slated for a theatrical release on June 19, 2026.

The sequel follows the legacy of the 2012 film Cocktail, which explored a modern love triangle and resonated strongly with audiences for its portrayal of relationships and friendship.

The original film's success has contributed significantly to the buzz surrounding the sequel, making Cocktail 2 one of the most anticipated releases of the year.
