KP Govt Begins Disbursement Of Ramazan Cash Assistance To Deserving Families
Financial assistance is continuing to be distributed to deserving individuals under the Ramadan package of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to an official statement, messages were sent yesterday from 8558 to 119,000 deserving people in Abbottabad, Nowshera, Bannu, Peshawar, Khyber, Mardan, and Lower Dir, informing them that they can receive Rs12,500.
The statement said that beneficiaries can collect the amount from any JazzCash agent after biometric verification using their original CNIC.

According to the government, 5,590 JazzCash centers have been established across the province for the disbursement of funds.
Citizens have been advised to immediately lodge a complaint if any agent makes an illegal deduction from the payment.
The statement further added that the official message will only be received from 8558, while helpline numbers 0800-00444 and 111-124-444 have also been issued for complaints.
The government says the initiative aims to provide immediate financial support to deserving families during the holy month of Ramadan.
