Qatar Airways Completes Required Upgrades Of Airbus A320 Fleet
Doha, Qatar: Qatar Airways announced that it has completed the required updates on its affected Airbus A320 fleet.
This is following an Airbus alert on Friday, November 28, which stated that up to 6,000 operational A320 aircrafts may require upgrades. The alert also contained instructions for its clients to take "immediate precautionary action" after evaluating a technical malfunction on board a JetBlue flight in October.
The airlines further stated that the flight schedule of the Qatari carrier was only slightly affected, adding that the safety of its passengers and crew members remains its top priority.
