Spanning 19 to 21 October across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, the three-day roadshow brought together leading university professors and orthodontic residents for interactive sessions on the evolution of digital orthodontics, advanced clear aligner treatments, and hands-on clinical learning. Through a series of lectures and interactive sessions, participants examined treatment planning strategies, case management, and the digitalization of orthodontic workflows. The sessions also explored the role of technology in improving clinical outcomes in patient care. “Our collaboration with the Emirates Orthodontic Society reinforces our long-term vision to support the education and development of future orthodontists,” said Angelo Maura, General Manager of Align Technology, Middle East and Africa.“The Align academic program serves as a bridge between academic learning and clinical innovation, helping students and residents experience the potential of clear aligner treatments and preparing them to lead digital proficiency needed to deliver predictable, elevated patient care. We are proud to collaborate with Align Technology in creating opportunities for knowledge exchange that inspire clinical excellence and innovation across the Middle East.” Inspiring the Next Generation of Digital Orthodontists The roadshow offered participants the opportunity to explore real-world applications of the Invisalign® system, focusing on case diagnosis, digital treatment planning, and patient-centric approaches to orthodontic care.
