(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), in collaboration with American Hospital Clinics, organised a staff awareness initiative to mark 'World Diabetes Day' at QIB's head office, reinforcing the bank's ongoing commitment to employees' well-being and community health.
Throughout the day, medical professionals from American Hospital Clinics provided blood glucose and blood pressure screenings, Body Mass Index (BMI) assessments, and on-the-spot consultations with specialised doctors to help employees understand risk factors and adopt healthier lifestyle choices. Participants received practical guidance on nutrition, physical activity, and preventive measures to support long-term health.
