(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RAMALLAH, Nov 3 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Namaa Charity has implemented a project to provide clothing for children and orphans in southern Gaza, benefiting more than 300 children from needy families.
Namaa's Deputy CEO Abdulaziz Al-Kandari told KUNA that the initiative is part of the charity's "For Gaza" campaign, launched to support residents facing dire humanitarian conditions.
He explained that children were prioritized due to the severe effects of war, displacement, and lack of necessities. The project was carried out in cooperation with local charitable organizations approved by Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ensuring aid reached those most in need transparently and effectively.
Al-Kandari noted that this was not just about providing clothes, but a message of compassion and solidarity from the Kuwaiti people to Gaza's children.
Distribution focused on the most vulnerable families and orphans, aiming to ease their suffering and bring warmth as winter approaches.
