(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Amiri Diwan issued a statement mourning the passing of Sheikha Maryam bint Abdullah Al Attiyah, wife of the late His Highness Sheikh Ali bin Abdullah Al-Thani, former ruler of the State of Qatar.
