Russian Forces Shell Residential Area In Kramatorsk
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The Kramatorsk City Council reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
"Today, October 28 at 14:20, Kramatorsk came under enemy fire. Using drones, Russian forces struck a private residential area. The consequences are being assessed," the statement reads.
