Peshawar Police Chief Vows Stern Action Against Land Grabbers, Usurers, And Arms Culture

Peshawar Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Dr. Mian Saeed, while addressing citizens at the Gulbahar Police Station, made it clear that land grabbers, usurers, and those promoting the culture of weapons should take heed, Peshawar Police will not come under any pressure and will ensure the rule of law at all costs.

Dr. Saeed stated that no leniency would be shown to individuals occupying public lands or infringing upon citizens' rights. He emphasized,“We will not back down, restoring peace and justice remains our top priority.”

During the session, citizens informed the CCPO that not only land grabbers but also their facilitators were active in the city, operating under the guise of property dealers and exploiting people for illicit gains. They urged strict action against these influential facilitators who profit through unlawful means.

The CCPO assured the citizens that an indiscriminate operation against land grabbers, usurers, and their patrons is underway, affirming that no one will be allowed to remain above the law. He reiterated that Peshawar Police will continue to play a proactive role in ensuring citizens' safety and maintaining peace across the city.
