Department Of Meteorology Warns Of Strong Wind, High Sea
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Monday will be hazy to misty at places at first and relatively hot in the daytime, mild by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be fine, the report said, warning of strong wind and high seas during the afternoon.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly-northeasterly 5–15 KT, gusting to 25 KT at places at times. Offshore, northwesterly 5–15 KT, gusting to 24 KT in the afternoon.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, rising to 5 feet in places in the afternoon. Offshore it will be 2 to 4 feet, rising to 8 feet in places in the afternoon.
Visibility inshore will be 04 to 08/03 kilometers or lower at places at first, while offshore, it will be 05 to 10 kilometers misty hot strong wind
