New Moi Office Inaugurated For Issuing Gold And Jewelry Sale Permits

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Capital Security Department has announced the opening of a new office for issuing gold and jewelry sale permits in the Old Ghanem area, as part of the Ministry of Interior's (MoI) efforts to facilitate the services and procedures provided to the public.
This initiative aims to enhance service efficiency and bring services closer to beneficiaries' workplaces. The opening of the new office comes within MoI's plan to develop its field service system and expand geographical coverage, ensuring faster transaction processing and easier procedures for citizens, residents, and business owners.
In a post published on its X platform, MoI said that the Capital Security Department provides gold sale permit services through simplified procedures at the new office in the Old Ghanem, in addition to the Najada Market office and the Capital Police Department office, which is designated for companies and external transfer operations.
Meanwhile, the Ministry confirmed that all offices will operate during morning hours on official working days. This step comes as part of the Ministry of Interior's continuous efforts to develop its electronic and field services, improve performance quality, and meet the public's needs in line with the state's digital transformation and smart services objectives
