Zelensky Appoints Haivanenko As Acting Head Of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, the relevant President's decree No. 788/2025 has been posted on the website of the President of Ukraine.

“To temporarily assign the duties of the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration to Vladyslav Viktorovych Haivanenko,” the document says.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration was previously headed by Serhiy Lysak, whom President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed head of the Odesa City Military Administration by order of October 15.

Haivanenko had been deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration since February 2025. Previously, he headed the Kyiv District Police Department in Odesa.

According to his 2024 declaration, Haivanenko owns a 2007 LEXUS GX 470. His wife owns a 2013 Porsche Cayenne.
