Aqaba Governor Visits Victims Of Sulfur Dioxide Leak

Aqaba, Oct. 14 (Petra) – Aqaba Governor Ayman Al-Awaisheh inspected the condition of the victims affected by a sulfur dioxide gas leak that occurred Tuesday evening at an industrial facility in southern Aqaba.
The governor reassured the injured and wished them a speedy recovery.
The incident resulted in 33 cases of gas inhalation, all of whom were transported by civil defense teams to Aqaba hospitals. The victims' conditions ranged from moderate to good, and they received immediate medical attention.
