KHCC Leader Wins 2025 Rachel Pearline Award For Global Impact In Cancer Care

Amman, Oct. 14 (Petra) -- The National Cancer Institute in U. S. has awarded Dr. Asem H. Mansour, Chief Executive Officer and Director General of King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC), the 2025 Racheal Pearline Award. This recognition was announced during the 13th Annual Symposium on Global Cancer Research (RSGCR), a prominent platform that brings together leading experts and global leaders in cancer research and care. From around the world to discuss the latest advances in cancer research. This award is presented annually to a distinguished leader in the field of cancer who has made a significant global impact in the fight against the disease, particularly in low-and middle – income countries.

The award recognized Dr. Mansour`s outstanding contributions to advancing cancer care and research both locally and globally, as well as his leadership in expanding access to high-quality treatment in the Middle East. Under His direction, KHCC has become a regional leader in comprehensive cancer care, pioneering advanced therapies, achieving multiple international accreditations, and forgoing partnerships with world-class institutions.
