Kuwait Interior Minister Returns Home After Visiting US, France

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Oct 11 (KUNA) -- The First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, along with his accompanying delegation, on Saturday returned to Kuwait following official visits to the United States of America and the Republic of France.
Sheikh Fahad Yusuf held during the visit to Washington several meetings with senior officials, discussing bilateral ties in various fields particularly the security sphere, coordination in combating crime and terrorism.
In France, he held talks with security officials, visited the Interpol headquarters where he held talks with officers on cooperation, exchange of information and expertise and training on modern technology.
He was received at Kuwait International Airport by the Acting Interior Undersecretary Major General Ali-Aladwani and a number of security chiefs. (end)
