In a statement issued on Saturday, the Ministry of Municipality announced that applications to join the competition will open Sunday, and continue until January 15.

Spanning three months, the competition aims to capture the beauty and diversity of the State of Qatar's agricultural landscape through professional and amateur lenses.
The winning photos will be displayed at the exhibition, in an embodiment of the constructive partnership in place among government institutions and the cultural and artistic sectors, aligning with Qatar's Third National Development Strategy and the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
The competition seeks to highlight the local agricultural sector's added value, being a key pillar in achieving the Qatar National Vision 2030, in anticipation to future food security and sustainability needs.
The competition also aims to harness artistic creativity and modern technologies to showcase the aesthetic aspects of Qatar's agricultural scene.
