Temporary Road Closures In Bani Hajer Interchange For This Weekend: Ashghal

Doha, Qatar: The Public Works Authority, 'Ashghal', announced temporary road closures at the Bani Hajer Interchange for this weekend.

On Thursday, September 25, Ashghal stated that traffic coming from Doha via the Khalifa Boulevard towards the Al Shahama Street will be closed for five hours. This closure will take effect from 12 midnight until 5am.

Road users are advised to use the bridge leading to New Al Rayyan Street, then make a U-turn at Al Shafi Interchange, and finally use the Bani Hajer Interchange underpass to reach their destinations.

On Friday, September 26, the Khalifa Boulevard exit at Bani Hajer Interchange will be closed for traffic. The closure will take place from 2am to 10am.

During this closure, road users are advised to continue through the Bani Hajer Interchange underpass and use Al Shafi Interchange on New Al Rayyan Street as an alternative route.

Ashghal further affirmed that these temporary road closures are in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic.
