Kuwait DM Discusses Common Interest Issues With Tunisian Counterpart

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 17 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Minister of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Sabah explored issues of common interest with Tunisian counterpart, Khaled Sehili on Wednesday.
The Ministry mentioned via statement that Minister Al-Sabah received the Tunisian Minister and accompanying delegation on occasion of visit to the country.
The meeting handled various avenues of military cooperation, and latest developments on regional and international fronts.
Minister Al-Sabah commended the depth and sturdiness of relations between the two nations and intent on furthering such ties.
Attending the meeting were Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Meshal Al-Sabah, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Army Major General Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, along with several senior military commanders from both sides.
Tunisian Minister of Defense had arrived in Kuwait on Tuesday evening, where he was received by Kuwaiti Minister of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah. (end)
