APC Distributes 1, 000 School Bags In Southern Jordan Valley

Amman, August 21 (Petra) – Arab Potash Company (APC) provided 1,000 school bags with full stationery items to public schools in the Southern Jordan Valley District at the beginning of the academic year.
This initiative affirms the APC's "developmental" role and its ongoing efforts to raise the level of services provided to citizens, mainly in the education sector.
In a statement, the APC said the step reflects its belief in education as a "main" pillar of the Kingdom's future to build future human capital to realize Jordan's economic vision.
Talking at the handover ceremony, APC Chairman, Shehadeh Abu Hdeib, said education represents one of the company's main priorities, affirming its keenness to support to continue the Kingdom's development process.
On its social responsibility role, he affirmed the company's "commitment to prioritizing" local communities, which are adjacent to its operations in southern Karak governorate and the Southern Jordan Valley, as "a true and effective" partner in their development path.
