Sharjah: Al-Qasimiya University To Offer 500 Scholarships For International Students

Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Governor of Sharjah, has approved the financial budget of Al-Qasimiya University for the academic year 2025-2026.

He also approved 500 scholarships for male and female students from different countries who have been accepted into the university's various specializations and colleges for the first semester (fall) of the 2025-2026 academic year.

The approved financial budget comes as part of continued support for AQU to sustain its distinguished educational journey and core mission of offering higher education to students from across the globe , providing them with the opportunity to pursue their university education in an integrated academic environment.

The budget includes support for the university's academic programmes, educational facilities, and the promotion of scientific research and community service, to foster a stimulating and appropriate educational and training environment for students.

The list of Al Qasimia University colleges that have accepted students and included them in scholarships includes: the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, the College of Arts and Humanities, the College of Economics and Administration, the College of Communication, and the College of the Holy Quran.

The university currently hosts students from 133 different nationalities.
