Over 140 Palestinians Fall Martyr, Dozens Others Wounded In Gaza

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) GAZA, July 2 (KUNA) -- At least 142 Palestinians have been killed and hundreds others injured by the Israeli occupation forces' air strikes on Gaza over the past 24 hours, health authorities in the Strip said on Wednesday.
The occupation forces have been targeting civilians waiting for the US aid, raising the number of victims to 640, in addition to 4,488 injuries, the authorities added in its daily statistical report.
It added that the Israeli forces also attacked refugee camps in Khan Yunis, killing eight people of one family, and a school in Zaitoun district.
Since October 7, 2023, the number of those killed by the occupation forces has risen to 57,012, along 134,592 injuries. (end)
