GCC Chief Meets ICRC Mission Chief In Istanbul

ISTANBUL, June 21 (KUNA) -- Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Jassem Al-Budaiwi and Chief of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) mission in the GCC Mamadou Sow discussed on Saturday the latest regional and international situation.
The discussion came on the sidelines of the 51st meeting of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) foreign ministers, held in the Turkish city of Istanbul.
During the meeting, the IRCS official commended the GCC's great efforts in consolidating stability and security, in addition to its valuable humanitarian and relief initiatives. (end)
