(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir held a special meeting with Saima Saleem, a visually impaired diplomat serving at Pakistan's Permanent Mission to the United Nations, to acknowledge her outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting took place in a warm and inspiring atmosphere. Field Marshal Munir lauded Saima Saleem for her exceptional professional achievements, resolute determination, and her significant role in promoting Pakistan's image on the global stage, despite her visual impairment.

He described Saima Saleem's courage and commitment as a shining example not only for Pakistan but for specially-abled individuals across the world. Reaffirming the military's support, he stated that the Pakistan Army remains fully committed to the welfare, training, and national integration of persons with disabilities.
