Qatarenergy Warns Public About Fake Ads, AI-Generated Videos Impersonating The Company

Doha: QatarEnergy calls on the general public to beware of false advertisements and AI-generated videos impersonating the company.
In a statement, QatarEnergy said that "AI-generated videos are now falsely impersonating QatarEnergy and promoting investment opportunities" with them.
QatarEnergy further affirmed that it will never ask the general public for money directly or indirectly. "Be wary of unexpected investment offers and ensure you investigate and validate," it added.
