Iftar at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha presents Flavours of Togetherness this Ramadan
(MENAFN- The Restaurant Co) Experience the essence of Ramadan at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha, where diners are invited to celebrate the breaking of fast with a daily Iftar feast that presents guests with a lavish all-you-can-eat buffe– – think endless skewers of freshly grilled meats, traditional mezze favourites, special Ramadan juices, plus Arabic tea, and sweets.
Celebrating the spirit of the holy month, ‘he ‘Flavours of Togeth’rness’ Iftar experience will take part at 365 Restaurant daily throughout Ramadan from sunset to 10pm, priced at AED 125 per person, and AED 60 per child–(age 6 – 12) for Iftar and Ramadan beverages. Children under six dine complimentary, and early bird bookings made before March 7 are available at a discounted price of AED 99 per person.
Drawing inspiration from the culinary culture of the Middle East, Novotel Dubai’Al Barsha’s chefs have curated a special menu for Iftar that will be served daily during Ramadan from dusk onwards, using only the freshest of ingredients.
To begin, guests can break their fast with an assortment of starters including soups and salads, cold mezze such as flavored hummus made at the Signature Hummus Bar, baba ghanoush, muhammara and hot starters like spinach fatayer, vegetable samosa and lamb kibbeh falafel.
For the main event, diners would be best advised to save their appetites to enjoy highlights including live Arabic grill station, featuring a mouthwatering array of marinated meats, juicy kebabs, spiced kofta, flame-grilled skewers, fragrant tagines, and authentic regional favorites like shawarma, sambousek,—and biryani—offering a rich taste of the Midd’e East. There’s also a carving station for lamb ouzi.
No Iftar experience is complete without a sweet closure, and so come desserts of kunafa, traditional um Ali, fresh fruit and more.
Taking place daily during Ramadan, the ‘Flavours of Togetherne’s’ Iftar buffet will be served from sunset onwards.
Deck Seven Friday Iftar BBQ
On Fridays Novotel Dubai Al Barsha presents BBQ Nights at Deck Seven, where diners are invited to break their fast under the stars with a Mediterranean-inspired Iftar and live BBQ.
Guests can enjoy a feast of unlimited grilled specialties in a relaxed outdoor setting with stunning views of Burj Al Arab every Friday from 7pm to 10pm for AED 125 per person.
