Russian Army Loses Another 1,450 Soldiers In Ukraine In Past Day

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The Russian army's combat losses in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to October 16, 2024 amount to nearly 672,850 invaders, including another 1,450 troops killed or wounded in action in the past day.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Facebook , according to Ukrinform.

The Ukrainian defenders have also destroyed 8,997 enemy tanks (+9 in the past day), 17,969 armored combat vehicles (+30), 19,459 artillery systems (+29), 1,231 multiple launch rocket systems, 978 air defense systems, 369 aircraft, 329 helicopters, 17,050 unmanned aerial vehicles (+31), 2,620 cruise missiles, 28 warships/cutters, 1 submarine, 26,732 motor vehicles (+78), and 3,441 special equipment units.

As Ukrinform reported, there were 164 combat clashes at the front, with the situation remaining the most intense in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove sectors.
