Baku To Host Azerbaijani-Iraqi Business Forum - Ambassador

BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 5. Azerbaijan and Iraq
have reached an agreement to convene the upcoming business forum in
Baku in the near future, the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Iraq Nasir
Mammadov wrote on his X page, Trend reports.
Mammadov said that a meeting was held with the Chairman of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce Abdul Razzaq al-Zuhairi.
“We deliberated on the present condition of economic relations between our nations, examined prospects for augmenting collaboration in commerce, and fostering reciprocal investments,” he added.
To note, the inaugural Azerbaijani-Iraqi business forum was held in Baghdad in December 2023.
