The project, detailed in a statement released on Wednesday, features a steel construction spanning 152 square meters across two floors, with a base area of 72 square meters and an attic accessible via a foldable ladder.

Mehmet Cankaya, Chairman of Karmod, emphasized the company's adherence to rigorous German and European standards throughout the project's lifecycle. This commitment included architectural design, structural calculations, and mechanical installations tailored to meet regional regulations.

The steel used for the construction, amounting to 12 tons, was prefabricated at Karmod's facilities located in Istanbul's Tuzla district. Cankaya noted that Karmod has gained significant momentum in sustainable construction practices through its steel house projects across Europe over the past year.

Highlighting their expanding footprint, Cankaya mentioned that aside from Germany, Karmod has successfully executed similar steel construction projects in France, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece. He underscored the company's ambition to establish itself as a renowned brand for steel houses in Europe, recognizing the importance of adhering to stringent regional standards in housing construction.

The completion of the Mannheim project underscores Karmod's capability to integrate innovative construction solutions with regulatory compliance, aiming to meet diverse housing needs while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability in the European market.
