Minister Of Environment Follows Up On Coral Reef Survey Project

Doha: Minister of Environment and Climate Change H E Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie participated in a field trip within the coral reef survey project, which is being carried out by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change.

The trip, in which His Excellency participated, aims to follow up on efforts to protect and develop the marine environment, and to confirm the country's commitment to protecting its natural resources.

The trip included a series of field activities aimed at assessing the condition of coral reefs and working to develop appropriate plans to preserve them.

This step comes as part of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change's ongoing efforts to enhance environmental sustainability and protect biodiversity in Qatari waters.

The Minister stressed the importance of such initiatives in preserving the marine habitats of Qatar and enhancing awareness.
