Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority Receives International Accreditation For Excellence In Ambulance Services

ABU DHABI, 14th August, 2023 (WAM) -- Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority (ADCDA) has been recognised as both the first organisation in the MENA region to earn Accreditation Canada's Diamond Ambulatory Care Accreditation, as well as the first MENA entity and first international recipient of Accreditation Canada's People-Centred Care Certification.

Brigadier General Salem Abdullah bin Barak Al Dhaheri, Acting Director-General of ADCDA, received the accreditations from Leslee Thompson, CEO of Accreditation Canada, in recognition of ADCDA's efforts in providing high-quality emergency medical care.
