Air India Express Launches Exclusive Priority Services

Dhaka: Indian low-cost airline Air India Express is now offering exclusive priority services to passengers for a more seamless experience at Indian airports named 'Xpress Ahead'.

The services are currently available for purchase exclusively at Indian airports for international flights operated by Air India Express for a nominal fee.

The programme offers a comprehensive range of priority services and benefits, ensuring a seamless journey from check-in to landing, such as a dedicated check-in counter at the airport, priority baggage handling, priority boarding, and expedited baggage delivery upon arrival.

Air India Express also allows passengers to conveniently add 'Xpress Ahead' services at the airport check-in counter until the counter closure time. The option to pre-book 'Xpress Ahead' online on international flights will also soon be made available across the entire Air India Express network.

Notably, the service is also available to sister Air India group airline, AirAsia India. The carrier's passengers can pre-book 'Xpress Ahead' services on the mobile app, the consolidated airline website, or at all domestic airports.
