Amir Leaves Dushanbe

Dushanbe: The Amir HH sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani left on Thursday Dushanbe after a state visit to the Republic of Tajikistan, as part of a tour that included the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

His Highness and the accompanying delegation were seen off at Dushanbe International Airport by Chairman of the Assembly of Representatives of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan HE Mahmadtoir Zokirzoda, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan HE Sirojiddin Muhriddin, Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan HE Zavqizoda Zavqi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Tajikistan HE Mubarak bin Abdurrahman Al Nasr, Ambassador of Tajikistan to the State HE Khisrav Sohibzoda, and members of the Qatari embassy.

HH the Amir was accompanied by an official delegation.

HH the Amir sent a cable to President of the Republic of Tajikistan HE Emomali Rahmon, expressing his sincere thanks and appreciation for the warm welcome accorded to him and the accompanying delegation during the visit to Dushanbe.

His Highness expressed happiness for meeting HE the President and discussing with him all issues of mutual concern for the two countries, which affirmed the shared keenness to continue supporting and strengthening the solid relations and fruitful cooperation between them in various fields for the benefit of the two nations.
