Leejam Sports Signs Lease And Operating Agreement For Murcia Project Commercial Center

Riyadh: Leejam Sports Company, the leading company in the field of sports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region, owner and operator of Fitness Time brand chain, has inked a deal with the National Housing Company (NHC) to lease and operate a commercial center within the Murcia housing project (Zone 3) located in Khuzam Suburb, Riyadh.

Leejam Sports was represented by its CEO, Mr. Adnan Al-Khalaf, while NHC was represented by its CEO, Mr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Albuty, at the signing ceremony.

The deal is part of Leejam's efforts to boost the quality of life and enhance the growth of the Kingdom's sports and wellness sector through investing in the nation's initiatives and sports clubs to deliver world-class fitness services and equipment that follow the highest professional standards. It also strives to drive the local community towards adopting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging people to practice sports on a daily basis in line with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.

Spanning 4,000 square meters, the Murcia housing project (Zone 3) includes a range of facilities such as men's and ladies' gyms, as well as various other facilities, which will be operated with Leejam's allies, including: a supermarket, an integrated pharmacy, and commercial centers and services.

Leejam Sports Company had recently announced the inauguration of a ladies' gym in Jeddah and two men's gyms in Riyadh and Jeddah, which takes the total number of fitness centers operating under the Fitness Time brand within and beyond the Kingdom to 163.
