20 Saudis, 1,866 People Evacuated From Sudan Arrive In Jeddah


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RIYADH, April 29 (KUNA) -- At least 20 Saudi nationals and 1,866 people from 65 countries that were evacuated from Sudan arrived in Jeddah City Saturday.
This comes in continuation of the efforts made by Saudi Arabia upon the detectives of its leadership to facilitate evacuating people from Sudan to the Kingdom, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The move is also aimed to help those people fly to their countries, it said.
Number of persons evacuated from Sudan has so far reached 4,738 from 96 countries, including 139 Saudi nationals, it pointed out. (end)
