AJSU Chief Affirms Keenness On Reforming Union Work
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Feb 8 (KUNA) -- Chief of the Association of Joint Sector Unions, Mahdi Al-Sayrafi, affirmed Wednesday keenness on reforming union work in both public and private sectors.
This came in a statement to KUNA on sideline of the joint sector workers conference; the first conference of its kind.
The conference's agenda aims to organize and fortify worker's rights address union work issues, and includes three draft projects.
Al-Sayrafi stated that a conference of this kind is a priority towards achieving the sought after results, adding that agendas are set to expand to ensure further progress and development.
On his part head of the education technology union as well as association treasurer, Fawaz Al-Fawaz, called on concerned bodies to work together and coordinate towards bolstering union work, saying that this would in return promote production. (end)
