SHARJAH, 25th January, 2023 (WAM) -- The Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) has announced the launch of an integrated programme to train, qualify and prepare 35 directors and 70 department heads.
The 10-Week programme- targets several managers and heads of departments through a series of training and qualification phases that extend until 21st September.
Sumaya Al Hosani, Director of the Department's Human Resources Department, stated that the programme was launched under the slogan 'Leadership Development and Preparing Future Leaders' in its first edition, in cooperation with one of the leading companies in the field of qualification, development and resource development.
The Department aims to achieve professional and effective performance for all its employees by developing programmes that enable them to perform their job tasks with high professionalism and productivity.
