NDMC Closes The January 2023 Issuance Under The Saudi Arabian Government SAR-Denominated Sukuk Program


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, January 24, 2023, SPA -- The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of January 2023 issuance under the Saudi Arabian government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount of all bids received SAR 8,835 Bn (Eight billion and eight hundred and thirty-five million Saudi Riyals) and the total amount allocated was set at SAR 3,466 Bn (Three billion and four hundred and sixty-six million Saudi Riyals).
The Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows: the first tranche has a size of SAR1,266 Bn (One billion and two hundred and sixty-six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030), the second tranche has a size of SAR 2,200 Bn (Two billion and two hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2035).
