(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) WASHINGTON, Oct 29 (KUNA) -- US President Joe Biden cast his vote early Saturday in Wilmington, Delaware in the midterm elections due on November 8.
The White House said earlier that Biden will vote with his granddaughter 'a first-time voter'.
On the midterms, Biden said in remarks that he is 'feeling good'.
He stressed 'this is not a referendum ... It's a fundamental choice'.
According to reports, over 19 million ballots have already been cast.
All 435 seats in the House of Representatives and 35 of the 100 Senate seats are up for elections, where the results will determine whether Republicans or Democrats will control each house of the 118th Congress for the next two years.
Meanwhile, the Department of Homeland Security, FBI, US Capitol Police and National Counterterrorism Center warned in a bulletin obtained by CNN that 'following the 2022 midterm election, perceptions of election-related fraud and dissatisfaction with electoral outcomes likely will result in heightened threats of violence against a broad range of targets-such as ideological opponents and election workers'.
