Ministry Of Education To Students: Stick To Norms For Easier Certificate Equalisation
Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education called on Qatari students who are willing to apply for enrolment in the universities located outside Qatar to essentially adhere to the rules and measures enforced by the ministry so that the finalisation of equalising their certificates after graduation can be easily done in accordance with the regulations and rules enforced by the State of Qatar.
In addition, the Ministry emphasised the importance of obtaining prior approval from the University Degrees and Certificates Equivalency Department before embarking on the study process so that the certificate equivalency is considered after graduation.
The Ministry pointed out that the preconditions of the approval from the University Degrees and Certificates Equivalency Department entail that the university in which the student is willing to study shall be included in the lists of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education at the time the student commences the studying process.
Also, the Ministry stressed that the presence of the name of any university on its lists does not exempt the student from obtaining prior approval before he or she commences the study process.
