
Sajith Holds Talks With Sirisena, Wigneswaran
Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa had talks with former President Maithripala Sirisena and MP C.V Wigneswaran as well as civil society members today.
The talks were focused on working together to address the crisis in the country.
Premadasa said that everyone must unite to save the country.
He said that over the past three years the country had suffered owing to the leadership deciding to act alone without listening to others.
Premadasa said that the intention of the opposition is to listen to the views of everyone and formulate a national policy to rebuild the country.
Most members of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya alliance attended the meeting. (Colombo Gazette)
