Ukrainian Defenders Repel Nine Attacks, Destroy Tank, Six Armored Vehicles In JFO Area

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Ukrainian defenders have repulsed nine enemy attacks in the area of the Joint Forces Operation, with battles still being fought at one location.

Ukraine's Joint Forces Task Force said this on Facebook , Ukrinform reports.

On June 3, Ukrainian forces destroyed an enemy tank, an artillery system, six armored fighting vehicles, two special armored vehicles, and three vehicles.

Ukrainian air defense units shot down a cruise missile, an Eleron reconnaissance drone and two Orlan-10 UAVs in the sky over the Ukrainian Donbas.

According to the report, the occupiers shelled more than 20 settlements in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, destroying and damaging 25 residential buildings and a power line. Four civilians (including a child) were killed and three others injured by the shelling.
