The government supported the relevant decision at its meeting on March 10, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

According to the explanatory note to the resolution, the unified Digital Literacy portal will enable citizens to learn digital skills via the Internet and improve access to digital education for individuals and legal entities.

The government also approved the provisions of the Digital Literacy portal, which defined the purpose, main tasks, functionality, and subjects of the portal, and agreed on the content of information to be posted on the portal. The portal will be financed by budget funds provided under the program E-Government.
