Iran: 50 factories revitalized in Kerman Province


(MENAFN) Alireza Rahman-Nejad, the assistant head of Kerman"s manufacturing, Mining and Trade Department for industrial affairs, stated that "Besides reviving the idle units, we also plan to help 150 production units boost their output."

Adding that 70-75 percent of the tiny factories are dealing with short of liquidity, the administrator stated, "We intend to remove this problem through offering working capital facilities to these units."

In October, the deputy leader of Iran Small Industries and Industrial Parks Organization (ISIPO) had declared that 767 idle factories were stimulated across the country since the start of the present Iranian year.

Asghar Mosaheb stated that stimulating the declared units made jobs for 13,577 people.
